Join the Department As A Volunteer

The Volunteers in Policing program administered by the Prince George's County Police Department provides opportunities for persons interested in freely giving their own personal time to assist law enforcement. Citizen volunteers provide supplementary personnel resources to the department. Volunteers assigned under this program shall not be used to replace paid employees. Persons wanting volunteer positions should apply for the Volunteers in Policing Program by contacting District/Division Commanders.
