CHLI team members offer:

• Educational presentations to groups such as civic associations, work groups and faith-based organizations on the topics of nutrition and physical activity
• Printed health education materials
• Health fair and event support
• Referrals to other County and Health Department services

CHLI holds regular meetings to plan activities such as health fairs, wellness programs, walks and other events.

Become A Wellness Ambassador

A Wellness Ambassador is someone who shares information with family, friends, neighbors, co-workers, and others to promote healthy living and reduce chronic diseases in Prince George’s County.
