Vacuum Leaf Collection

Vacuum Leaf Collection, which usually is conducted from mid-November through January by the Department of Public Works and Transportation, has been completed for Fiscal Year ’08. This service will commence again in November of 2008. The actual start date and a weekly collection schedule will be posted on this site beginning the first week of November 2008.

Bagged Leaf Collection

In addition to the Department of Public Works and Transportation’s Vacuum Leaf Collection Program, the Department of Environmental Resources. Office of Recycling, operates a yard waste recycling and collection program. This program runs from mid-April through mid-January of each year, and includes a once-a-week collection for all communities within Prince George’s County that are provided with trash collection through the county.
